Terms of sale

English translation for information only. The French version is the legally binding one.

1. Seller

2. Products

French exercise workbooks in PDF format, to download. Each file is personalised: the chosen first name on the cover, the buyer’s email and the order number at the bottom of each page.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

4. Order and payment

Online payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through our payment provider Stripe. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

The file is available immediately after payment, on the confirmation page, and the link is sent by email.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal. This consent is collected through a checkbox before payment.

7. Licence
