How we prepare you

  • A programme built around your deadline: when you file your application, which exam sessions are available.
  • Practice for each part of the exam with sample papers, plus method tips to manage your time.
  • Mock exams in real conditions before the big day.

The rules on this page are those in force since 1 January 2026. They change: always check your situation on service-public.fr (official French government website) before filing an application.

Frequently asked questions

TCF, TEF or DELF - which one should I take?

The DELF and DALF are diplomas valid for life; the TCF and TEF are tests whose certificate is only valid for two years, but sessions are more frequent. The right choice depends on your timeline, and we look at it together in our first conversation.

How long does it take to move up a level?

It depends on your starting point, the number of hours per week and your own practice. After our first conversation, we give you a realistic estimate and a programme matched to your deadline.

Is there anything besides the language test?

Yes. Since 2026, a civics exam has been added for these same applications. We prepare you for the language part; check the exact rules for your own case on the official website.
